2 years ago (9/22 at age 48), I had a complete quad tendon tear and repair surgery. Despite several failed attempts at PT, my knee has never been the same, and I finally gave up on the idea I'd ever run or ski again. Any attempt on the treadmill resulted in an awkward, painful stride, where ultimately, I had to stop within a few minutes of a light jog. In June of 24 (age 50), I had a complete tear of my bicep tendon, resulting in more surgery.

I was referred to James Gerland, who recommended a cocktail of BPC 157 among other peptides to assist in healing. I admit, I was very skeptical, but I was desperate for healing. I'm just under the 3 month mark from the bicep tear, and just 3 weeks after being given the greenlight to start "light training/therapy", and my bicep is nearly 100%, and I'm back to curling 40 lbs for reps. What's more miraculous, I decided to try to run for the 1st time since I tore my bicep.

To my complete surprise, my gait was perfect, my stride was perfect, my knee felt great, and the only limiting factor was my stamina (not my knee). I ran 1.5 miles in 14 minutes, something I thought I may never do again. The next day, I went for sheer speed, cranked up the treadmill, and did a mile in 7.5 minutes (something I haven't done in 2 years since before the knee injury). 2 years of PT (on and off), and I could barely walk down a flight of stairs. 2 months of peptides, and my knee is healed. I have full confidence I can run as good as before and even ski again. I am a believer in peptides.
